If there is an issue with your order, please email admin@overthemoongreek.com for return instructions. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of return package.

Return Policy

For items to be eligible for a return, they must have been purchased directly from the Over The Moon Greek website. Items purchased from a retailer are not eligible for return to Over The Moon Greek; please contact the retailer directly.

Request for return via email must be received within 30 days of delivery date. Return must be received by Over The Moon Greek within 30 days of return authorization date to receive a full refund.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Over The Moon Greek reserves the right to charge a stocking fee for paper items returned with damaged packaging. Over The Moon Greek reserves the right to refuse worn, washed, or damaged soft goods. Custom items are not eligible for return.

We do not provide return shipping labels unless an item has been received damaged or by mistake. USPS is typically the most cost efficient shipping method. Once a package has been received by our team, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
